Since 2003 we offer an absolutely non-existant service for our customers. Every unexpected circumstance, which may happen during the order processing get solved by a customer-oriented way. Our long-standing customers who are absolutely contented for many years also trust in it.

Manufacturer-Backorder or end of production

If an ordered product is not any more deliverable, or will be delayed for more than 1 week, we offer the customer 2 options:
- First option: If the customer is ready to accept the waiting time, he'll get a tolerant discout.
- Second option: If the estimated delivery time delayed again, you'll get an offer for cancellation incl. a generous interest rate.
